「雇主信息」
Our client is an international trading company with multiple offices and warehouses in China, Canada, and the USA. The head office of our client is located in Montreal. There are more than 50 employees in the Montreal office and warehouse.
「岗位详情」
Qualifications:
* Familiar with purchasing, inventory and sales procedure
* Familiar with MS system (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
* Strong interpersonal skills, professional manner to work in a team environment
* Major in Supply Chain Management is an asset
* 1-3 Years metal trading experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up to ensure the sample and the drawing are accepted by customers
* Arrange client visits to promote solutions to both potential and existing customers
* Ensure customer orders get processed and shipped on time
* Follow up coordination of sales support and activities to key accounts
* Communicate constantly with different departments and suppliers
* Review customer orders daily, review inventory levels, etc.
* Update data with internal sales and inventory software
