MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Track and trace Sea and trucking shipments and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related parties

Multi-task and coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading, deliveries and billing.

Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email

Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook)

Knowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset

Bilingual (French and English, Chinese considered an asset)

Strong communication skills / customer service skills and good team player

Punctual with self time management and ability to set priorities / organize workload assigned Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment

Assets:

CIFFA training certificate.
Extended language skills (Chinese / verbal and written).
